How the Club works

The Maleny Wellness club provides a place for like minded women to get together and workout in a fun filled and supportive atmosphere. Each 30-45 minute workout is followed by a nutritional protein shake . For those not rushing off to other commitments this time is often enjoyed chatting and sharing everything from great web addressess, parenting , travel, world news, ... and of course supporting and encouraging each other in your health goals.

There are 2 payment plans you can choose

1) Pay as you Go Workouts and
2) The Term Programs

Pay as you Go Workouts:

They provide an opportunity for girls to come and try out any of the various workouts on offer. There are a variety of times and styles to suit everyone so be sure to check out the timetable on the right and preview the video clips. of the workouts. Each session is $8.00 (this includes that power packed protein shake) and these run through the year. Try a variety to see which suits you. Always check that the class you want is available as the Term classes are based on the term commitments and so these are the ones "locked in"

The Term Programs:

The Term programs align themselves with the school terms. In each of these 10 week workout programs we will take you from beginner through to more challenging workouts as the term progresses in your chosen style. These TERM Programs will be payable in advance at $80.00 for the 10 classes. Discounts apply for mutiple programs.

Our TERM 2 programs for 2008 starts Monday April 15. Bookings are essential.

Catch up: if you miss classes in your programe you will be able to join in and catch up any of the other classes for that term.

Stretch and Strengthen Workouts

These are workouts that use pilates, fitball and weights to challenge your core strength and to help you improve your posture and flexibilty to prevent injuries and ward off aches and pains. They will include :

New Pilates TV, Pilates & Fitball Unite, Hard core strength and more

High Energy Workouts

These are workouts that challenge your aerobic and cardio abilities as well as your coordination. Plan on needing a shower after these workouts. They will include :

Cardio Kung Fu, Rock your Body, Dance off the inches.
